That's true, breaks are needed. On one hand man has always problems with new start with work just after break, but on other hand even few hours of the most relaxing treatment everyday wouldn't give the same -good effects as few days of real rest. But yes... it is already over and we have to get back to uni. The first week began quite suprising - because some of us became almost celebrities... and as says some commercial "almost makes a difference" then yep.. almost became and almost celebrities :-)
On Friday we have gone to Polkowice - KGHM Mineral Processing Plant and I must say that I was impressed! Now I have no doubts why KGHM is one of the most rich companies in Europe and big producer of copper. What's more it was given, that we could feel like at the seaside although we were in Southern Poland... Amazing :)
In three days we will go to Borynia Jastrzebie Hard Coal Mine. Actually it will be my first trip to working mine, operating underground. Everyone says that it's really nice to go there and such underground construction makes big impression on visitors, but it's not convincing me at all.. and to be honest I always doubt in safety in hard coal underground mines... but no risk no fun - unless I go there , I will never know how it is.
And in two weeks we are going to Venlo (Holland) for Reunion of FEMP - there first time we will meet with officials of companies which are sponsoring in our programme but also with other students - from EMC and EMEC... From all sides legends and nice stories about reunion come to my ears ... so I hope to really have fun! :)
to be continued...
